It has extensive experience in storing and processing large data sets, including multi-petabyte Earth observation satellite data repositories. Due to our dynamic development, we are seeking talented individuals to join our team as a:
Service Delivery Manager
What will be your tasks?
- Managing processes related to the delivery of infrastructure and services,
- ensuring proper implementation of processes and procedures related to the provided services and infrastructure,
- handling enquiries and resolving customer issues within the provided service,
- organising and participating in meetings, trainings and consultations with customers, partners and the service maintenance team,
- conducting communication of all parties involved in the delivery of the service: team members, customers, partners, management,
- representing the maintenance team,
- preparing and delivering reports on the performance of the provided services,
- building and maintaining relationships with customers and partners.
We are expecting from you:
- a technical education (computer science, electronics, telecommunications or similar),
- a minimum of 3 years' experience in at least one of the following areas: maintenance of IT systems, infrastructure management (e.g. servers, network, etc.), customer communication related to IT systems. ), communication with clients related to IT systems,
- English fluency (spoken and written) to the extent enabling communication with clients and partners,
- highly developed skills such as: communicativeness, team cooperation, independence, effectiveness, creativity and conscientiousness, patience,
- focus on quality and timeliness of performed tasks,
- readiness for hybrid work (minimum 2 times a week from our office in Warsaw).
An additional advantage will be:
- ITIL, Prince2, PMP certification,
- knowledge of SQL to the extent that you can independently create queries and obtain data directly from databases,
- knowledge of Python and bash scripting at a level that allows you to modify analytical tools,
- interest in and basic knowledge of cloud computing,
- knowledge of the Earth Observation sector (acquisition and processing of satellite data),
- experience as a Service Delivery Manager in the area of network infrastructure and/or cloud services,
- experience in projects in an international environment.
