Due to our dynamic development, we are seeking talented individuals to join our team as a:
Senior Product Manager
As a Senior Product Manager, you will be responsible for the billing system, working closely with technical, business, and sales teams. Your task will be to develop products in line with Agile methodology, with attention to detail, operational efficiency, and alignment of the product roadmap with the company’s strategic goals.
Scope of Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain the product roadmap for CloudFerro’s billing system, considering strategic priorities and limited resources,
- create and manage the product backlog in a high-demand environment with numerous initiatives,
- demonstrate knowledge of hardware used in cloud infrastructure, especially solutions based on Supermicro platforms, including computer, storage, and GPU servers;
- conduct market analysis and identify development directions, particularly in the area of open cloud technologies (OpenStack, Ceph, Kubernetes);
- provide subject-matter support in bidding processes, including public sector tenders,
- collaborate with development and engineering teams, participating in daily stand-ups,
- review service architecture and technical assumptions, engaging with engineers and infrastructure teams,
- coordinate multiple product initiatives simultaneously, with the ability to assume the role of Project Manager until one is assigned;
- create and update product documentation with a strong focus on accuracy and compliance with SLA, security, and availability requirements,
- justify product decisions in discussions with management and business stakeholders,
- monitor costs and assess the impact of decisions on service profitability and margins,
- Identify market opportunities and proactively propose new directions for IaaS service development, including support for AI and HPC workloads.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Minimum 6 years of experience in product management within IT or cloud services,
- strong knowledge of OpenStack and Ceph architecture, and understanding of AI operations on cloud infrastructure
- Experience working with SCRUM teams, capable of creating backlogs, managing priorities, and translating business requirements into technical actions;
- well-versed in cloud market trends, especially open-source technologies,
- understands technical aspects of infrastructure continuity, availability, and security;
- able to communicate with engineers and translate complex technical topics into business language,
- make decisions despite incomplete information and take responsibility for them,
- detail-oriented in documentation and methodical in execution,
- fluent in English in both technical and business environments (minimum B2/C1 level),
- thrives in a dynamic, high-pressure environment,
- experienced in preparing cost estimates for large IT projects under conditions of limited information.
