Due to our dynamic development, we are seeking talented individuals to join our team as a:

As a Product Manager at CloudFerro, you will be responsible for selected IaaS cloud services, working closely with technical, business, and sales teams. Your mission will be to develop products in line with Agile principles, ensuring attention to detail, operational efficiency, and product roadmap alignment with the company’s strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • develop and maintain the product roadmap for selected cloud services, considering strategic priorities and limited resources,
  • create and manage the product backlog in a high-demand, initiative-rich environment,
  • understand the hardware market for cloud infrastructure – especially Supermicro-based solutions for compute, storage, and GPU servers,
  • conduct market analyses and identify development directions, particularly in open cloud technologies (OpenStack, Ceph, Kubernetes),
  • provide subject matter expertise in bid and tender processes, especially for the public sector,
  • collaborate with development and engineering teams, actively participating in daily meetings,
  • verify architecture and technical assumptions of services, engaging with engineers and infrastructure teams,
  • coordinate multiple product initiatives simultaneously, potentially acting as Project Manager until one is assigned,
  • create and update product documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance with SLA, security, and availability requirements,
  • justify product decisions to management and business stakeholders,
  • monitor costs and assess the impact of decisions on service profitability and margins,
  • identify market opportunities and proactively propose new directions for IaaS service development, including AI and HPC workloads.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • minimum 6 years of product management experience in IT or cloud services,
  • strong knowledge of OpenStack and Ceph architectures, and an understanding of AI workloads in cloud environments,
  • experience working in SCRUM teams, creating backlogs, prioritizing tasks, and translating business requirements into technical actions,
  • good understanding of cloud market trends, especially open-source solutions,
  • solid technical knowledge of business continuity, availability, and infrastructure security,
  • ability to discuss technical issues with engineers and translate them into business language,
  • comfortable making decisions with incomplete information and taking responsibility for outcomes,
  • detail-oriented in documentation and systematic in execution,
  • proficient in English (min. B2/C1) in technical and business contexts,
  • thrives in a dynamic environment with time pressure,
  • experience in preparing cost estimates for large IT projects under uncertainty.

Nice to Have:

  • experience with bare-metal infrastructure, storage systems, and container environments,
  • knowledge of IT operational costs and their impact on profitability,
  • participation in AI, HPC, or large-scale data processing projects.
