CloudFerro is a provider of cloud data processing services. It provides and supports cloud computing for specialized markets, including the European space industry, climate research and science.

It has extensive experience in storing and processing large data sets, including multi-petabyte Earth observation satellite data repositories. CloudFerro solutions are used by leading companies and scientific institutions in Europe from various market sectors that process large data sets: European Space Agency (ESA), EUMETSAT, European Center for Medium-Range Forecasts (ECMWF), Mercator Ocean International, German Aerospace Agency (DLR), EGI and many others.

Due to our dynamic development, we are seeking talented individuals to join our team as a:

Your responsibilities will include:

  • conducting formal procurement processes in line with project requirements, 
  • supervising project financial processes, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting, 
  • close cooperation with Project Managers to identify administrative and financial requirements and ensure budget compliance, 
  • collaborating with accounting, HR, and finance/administration teams within the organization, 
  • monitoring and managing financial flows of R&D projects funded by grants, ensuring compliance with contractual, financial, and reporting requirements, 
  • working with external suppliers, subcontractors, and partners in project settlements, 
  • participating in project audits and preparing materials for external and internal audits, 
  • managing project documentation, 
  • ensuring the quality of outgoing documents, 
  • contributing to budget planning. 

We expect from you: 

  • higher education degree, 
  • minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar position, 
  • experience in settlement of grant-funded projects, 
  • fluent command of English, 
  • very good knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel), 
  • strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, 
  • systematic approach, accuracy, and responsibility, 
  • readiness to work in a hybrid model (minimum 2–3 days per week from our Warsaw office).
