Junior Office Admin & Coordination Specialist
We are looking for someone to join our team who will take care of the smooth operation of the office at the front desk, support us in daily administrative tasks, and act as the first point of contact for employees and guests. If you enjoy organization, multitasking, and working in a dynamic IT environment, this role is for you.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Administrative support: preparing documents, contracts, summaries, and reports related to Office operations.
- Meeting & event coordination: booking meeting rooms, supporting company events, onboarding, and integration activities.
- Employee & guest support: providing information and assisting with day‑to‑day matters.
- Cross‑department collaboration: working with HR/Finance/IT on daily operational tasks.
- Internal processes: updating data in systems, organizing and settling business trips, managing access control.
- Mail & courier coordination: handling incoming/outgoing shipments and ensuring smooth information flow.
- Office management: maintaining order, coordinating office supply orders, and liaising with vendors.
- Process improvement: initiating and contributing to the development of Office‑related processes.
What we are looking for:
- Experience in administration or office support.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to work in a dynamic environment.
- Excellent communication skills and a proactive attitude.
- English proficiency at minimum B2 level.
