CloudFerro solutions are used by leading companies and scientific institutions in Europe from various market sectors that process large data sets: European Space Agency (ESA), EUMETSAT, European Center for Medium-Range Forecasts (ECMWF), Mercator Ocean International, German Aerospace Agency (DLR), EGI and many others.
Due to our dynamic development, we are looking to join our team a:
Junior DevOps Engineer
What will be your tasks?
- Ongoing cooperation with developers on the automation of the software deployment process,
- improvement of CI/CD processes,
- performing integration tests and benchmarks,
- updating system documentation with issues relating to application installation and monitoring,
- ensuring correct operation and development of development, test and production environments, application monitoring,
- development of standards for development teams in relation to effective logging, integration with monitoring systems and containerisation.
Technology stack we use:
Kubernetes, Linux, Terraform, Docker, Ansible, Git, OpenStack, PostgreSQL, Nginx, Prometheus, ELK, AgroCD.
We expect from you:
- basic knowledge of the Python language,
- experience of working with Linux,
- interest in automation and technologies: Kubernetes and Ansible,
- have a good command of English.
An additional advantage will be:
- knowledge of: Ceph, MySQL, Grafana, Redis and programming languages: C, C++, Golang, knowledge of IP networks.
