IT Customer Support Specialist

CloudFerro is a provider of cloud data processing services. It provides and supports cloud computing for specialized markets, including the European space industry, climate research and science.

It has extensive experience in storing and processing large data sets, including multi-petabyte Earth observation satellite data repositories. CloudFerro solutions are used by leading companies and scientific institutions in Europe from various market sectors that process large data sets: European Space Agency (ESA), EUMETSAT, European Center for Medium-Range Forecasts (ECMWF), Mercator Ocean International, German Aerospace Agency (DLR), EGI and many others.

Due to our dynamic development, we are looking to join our team a:

What will be your tasks?

  • Working in the 1st and 2nd line of technical support - taking requests from customers (via electronic channel),
  • solving day-to-day problems of our cloud computing users,
  • technical support of cloud solutions in the service model (IaaS),
  • creating and updating technical documentation,
  • maintaining contact with users in order to solve their reported problems,
  • actively participating in IT projects (including internal projects) carried out by CloudFerro,
  • conducting technical tests of new solutions, in an environment analogous to that of the client,
  • performing customer satisfaction analysis,
  • providing internal technical support,
  • drafting instructions and procedures for employees.

We are expecting from you:

  • practical use of Linux and Windows systems,
  • a problem-solving and user/client support orientation,
  • fluency in Polish and English,
  • openness to learning and willingness for continuous professional development,
  • working in a hybrid model, minimum of 2 times a week from our office in Warsaw.

An additional advantage will be:

  • experience in Linux and Windows systems administration as well as MAC OS,
  • experience in a technical support team,
  • knowledge of IT security solutions
  • basic knowledge of cloud solutions
  • communicative knowledge of German / French,
  • experience in Azure AD / Office 365 administration, Attlasian JIRA,
  • knowledge of K8S, Terraform, Ansible, Docker.
