Finance Data Specialist (Power BI & Webcon)
We are looking for a professional who can combine strong analytical capabilities with technical expertise — particularly in Power BI (both administration and data modeling) and WEBCON BPS (process development and configuration).
This role offers a high level of ownership and a real opportunity to shape both our data architecture and financial processes.
Your responsibilities
- Financial Controlling & Analytics.
- Prepare management reports, KPI analyses, and forecasts.
- Standardize controlling reports and streamline data flows through automation.
- Power BI (Administration & Development).
- Manage the Power BI environment, including workspaces, access rights, refresh schedules, gateways, and activity monitoring.
- Design and develop data models (star schema, relationships, optimization, Power Query, DAX).
- Build and maintain financial and controlling datasets.
- Develop new dashboards and enhance existing ones.
- Document data models, DAX logic, and data source mappings.
- Ensure consistency and alignment of KPIs across the organization.
- WEBCON BPS (Administration & Development)
- Maintain, develop, and design workflows (finance, procurement, HR, and operational processes).
- Configure forms, paths, business rules, and actions.
- Translate business requirements into process logic.
- Administer the system (permissions, dictionaries, parameters).
- Support integrations between WEBCON and ERP, BI, and CRM systems.
Required skills & experience
- Strong hands-on experience with Power BI, including tenant/workspace administration, data modeling (Power Query, DAX), optimization, and data security.
- Experience working with WEBCON BPS (either administration or workflow development and optimization).
- Solid Excel skills and a good understanding of financial concepts.
- Experience in controlling, data analysis, or FP&A.
- Very good command of English (B2/C1).
Nice to have
- Knowledge of SQL and ERP systems.
- Strong analytical mindset and ability to work with data.
- Ability to work independently and manage projects.
- Good communication skills and ability to collaborate with business stakeholders.
- Proactive approach to process improvement and automation.
