Due to our dynamic development, we are seeking talented individuals to join our team as a:
Controlling Specialist
Your responsibilities will include:
- Reviewing purchase documentation in the WEBCON workflow system to ensure accurate accounting records.
- Creating cost provisions.
- Participating in month-end closing and regular reporting processes.
- Supporting budgeting and financial forecasting processes, including variance analysis.
- Collaborating with the accounting team to ensure consistency and accuracy of financial data related to purchases.
- Working closely with business teams across the company.
- Supporting internal and external audits and preparing required documentation.
- Taking a proactive and analytical approach to financial processes (optimization and compliance).
- Participating in projects aimed at improving efficiency.
- Supporting the R&D tax relief settlement process.

- Have practical knowledge of accounting principles in the purchasing area (OPEX, CAPEX).
- Hold a relevant university degree (Finance, Accounting, Mathematics, Data Analytics or similar).
- Have at least 2 years of experience in controlling, finance, or accounting.
- Are proficient in MS Excel (financial modeling, Power Query / Pivot are a plus).
- Are willing to develop your skills in Power BI (reporting).
- Collaborate effectively with a wide range of stakeholders.
- Have a very good command of English (B2/C1 level).
- Are self-driven, detail-oriented, and reliable.
- Have experience with ERP or workflow systems (OPTIMA & WEBCON are a plus).
