We are looking for trainees to join our team as a :
Customer Support trainee
What will your daily tasks look like?
- Preparing documentation for the most frequently asked questions.
- Internship in first-line technical support — handling customer requests via electronic channels.
- Conducting new technical tests in an environment similar to the customer environment.
- Providing internal technical support.
- Preparing user guides for customers on how to use new services.
- Preparing instructions for employees.
What do we expect from you?
- Higher education degree or ongoing studies in IT or a related field.
- Attention to detail and good time management skills.
- Communicative level of English.
