It has extensive experience in storing and processing large data sets, including multi-petabyte Earth observation satellite data repositories. We are looking for trainees to join our team as a :
Customer Support trainee
What will your daily tasks look like?
- Creation of documentation
- support in solving customer problems,
- assistance with the implementation of IT tools,
- writing test cases.
What do we expect from you?
- a minimum of third year student/student - technical majors such as computer science, geoinformatics, geodesy, data engineering preferred - we are open to different majors,
- accuracy, ability to organise working time well,
- knowledge of English at a communicative level.
An additional advantage will be:
- knowledge of Linux, Windows, MacOS
