We answer "service breakdown" requests 24/7 (every day 24 hours a day) during 30 minutes since the request: we either email or call (to email addresses or phone numbers from "My Details"). Simultanously we repair the service or perform corrective actions.
All other requests are answered next business day latest (NBD – Next Business Day).
Please take into account that for safety reasons we accept requests ONLY from the registered email accounts from your "My Details" contacts. Mails from other addresses are ignored.
This constraint does not concern any sales related issues that can be submittied to email@example.com .
Email request (and our call back if necessary) is the only form of contact with our support departments.
